Welcome to University of Maryland Eastern Shore's Southeastern Virginia Alumni Chapter.

The University of Maryland Eastern Shore's Southeastern Virginia Alumni Chapter is comprised of alumni and associates in southeastern Virginia that includes the Tidewater Virginia area (Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach), Yorktown, Williamsburg, Richmond and surrounding North Carolina cities such as Elizabeth City, Hertford, Ahoskie, Rich Square, Murfreesboro, etc.  SEVA seeks to engage alumni by sponsoring programs and events that promote the growth of UMES and keep alumni informed and connected.  SEVA seeks to support other chapters’ events that promote the growth of UMES.
